SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Competitive Boxing & Fitness. The following information sets out our terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address provided after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

  1. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3-5 days. We will contact you if for any reason there are any delays.

  1. Shipment Locations

Competitive Boxing & Fitness does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only, anywhere in Australia. Delivery to PO Poxes are not accepted.

  1. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates.

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed an estimate delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment; rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact your delivery time. Uless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfil your order.

  1. Same Day Shipping

If ordered by 12:00pm, Monday to Friday the order will be same day.

If ordered after 12:00pm, order will be shipped the following business day.

 

4.1 Please note:

  1. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  
  3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of deliver, and the items ordered.
  4. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date.
  5. Please be mindful that AustPost delivers during the day and will leave the boxes at the door if no one is home.
  6. Deliveries start at 8:00am and run until 5:00pm unless stated otherwise.
